Pricing Your Home

Determining the best asking price for a home can be one of the most challenging aspects of selling a home. When we see your home, we identify the value of every aspect of your property to the potential buyer. Once we establish the value, only then can we start to work on a price.

Establishing a listing price comparable to similar homes currently on the market in your area allows us to attract the optimum number of prospective buyers to view your property. We use a combination of properties for sale, those sold recently, and even houses that have expired or come off the market recently to ensure we have an accurate listing price.

  • Direct Mail Campaign – Property brochure cards may be a part of your personalized marketing campaign. Plus Feature Sheet with information and photos of your home, e-mails to our agents’ clientele and area real estate offices and their agents.
  • Open Houses are carefully planned for maximum exposure. We believe that selected key times for open houses provides the best results.
  • Yard Signs . Our professional, very visual yard signs communicate a message of trust and integrity. The majority of first time callers are responding to a sign they’ve seen on a property.
