- Help you determine the best selling price for your home
- Suggest what you can do to get your home in top selling condition
- Keep you up-to-date on what is happening in the marketplace, including price, financing and terms of competing properties
- Help you objectively evaluate every buyer’s proposal and guide you through the often complicated transaction process
- Assist you in resolving issues that may arise after the initial sales agreement and advance the transaction to settlement.
