The Tri-Town Areas of the Northshore

Middleton, Topsfield and Boxford known as the Tri-Towns, are nestled among rolling hills and the Ipswich River. These 3 towns were once farmlands and rich in agriculture. They all have easy access to Routes, 1, 95, 97 and 495.

Middleton MA:

Has a population of approximately 7900. The homes are a mixture of starter homes, old style, large, upscale contemporary residences and adult condominium communities. Home of Essex Agricultural School (Essex Aggie) and North Shore Regional Vocational Tech School. Topsfield MA:

Has a population of 9300 and is located 22 miles north of Boston. It is known for infamous Topsfield Fair which takes place in October. The Festivities are for one week beginning with a parade through downtown Topsfield. People come from all over the country to enjoy farm animals, amusements, arts and crafts, amusements; games and have an opportunity to enjoy famous entertainers perform. Most of the homes in Topsfield are single family homes. The homes are priced mid to high scale. The majority of homes are capes, colonials and contemporary styles. You may even find sports celebrity residing in this town.

Boxford MA:

Has a population of 7900 and is 24.6 square miles. Masconomet High School which borders Boxford, Middleton and Topsfield. These three towns share the high school grades 9-12. It is among the few public high schools to receive a distinguished Great School rating of 10 out of 10. There is almost no commercial influence in this town. The town is divided in to Boxford Village/East Boxford and West Boxford Village. Forested with brooks and streams and several ponds and hiking trails.. Stiles Pond is the site for the town beach where membership can be purchased for Boxford residents only. Camp Rotary is a coed popular boarding camp. This town offers a Coach Bus service to Boston.

Salem MA:
