Lynnfield MA

Lynnfield, a small town of about 11,500 inhabitants, is 15 miles north of Boston. It is bordered on the north by North Reading and Middleton; on the east by Lynn; and on the south by Saugus and Wakefield.

The town encompasses 10,000 square miles of rolling country side, and it is one of the most affluent in the Commonwealth.

The public school system offers two elementary, one middle school and Lynnfield High School. In addition, there is Our Lady of Assumption, a private elementary school. The school system boasts one of the highest standardized test scores in the state, with a large percentage of students continuing on to college.

The town offers a wide variety of organizations including Rotary, Lions Club, Art Guild and Historical Society. Ballfields, tennis courts and golf courses provide recreational activities for its residents.

With its proximity to Routes 95 and 128, Lynnfield is convenient for commuters to Boston, the mountains of Northern New England, and beaches along the North Shore.
