I am Jane Beader of the Mack Realty Group. I am a second generation Realtor. I am the proud daughter of a mother that ran a very successful commercial realty office in Boston. Growing up in a dynamic family instilled in me a love of real estate.
In our local community I am recognized as a real estate specialist. I have had a career in real estate for over 20 years. During the span of this many years I have been received many real estate industry awards such as: The emerald, ruby and top Centurion awards for excellence in my field. I am proud to say I have sold and assisted in selling over 200 homes.
I understand how challenging today's real estate market can seem for first time home buyers and homeowners wanting to sell . I have experienced this same volatile and daunting market before. I am focused on assisting sellers and buyer clients in making sound decisions benefiting their interests.
I pride myself on educating sellers on the whole process of selling a home in today's market. The importance of pricing a home to sell , giving the homeowner a timely market analysis and the sequence of the step by step process of listing the home to closing on the home. I arrange help in staging the home for the best first time impressions and to get top dollar. From open houses to scheduled appointments, to the offers, negotiations, acceptance of the offer, home inspections and a long list of to do's; I will expertly walk the sellers through the entire process which can be overwhelming at times. However, I am a calming presence throughout this stressful time. I have many skills from marketing to negotiating that are very necessary in finding the right buyer and keeping the deal together. There is no substitution for experience.
Buyers also need a lot of support during the home buying process which can be quite stressful. I will be your guide, your advisor from start to finish. I make sure I am available to you. I am quite familiar with the local communities living in this area for over 30 years. I will make you aware of listings as soon as they come on the market.
